Later in the week, I caught Emma being goofy with Logan. She is such a great big sister and loves to make him smile and laugh.
People always say you don't take as many pictures of your subsequent children as you do of your first. I LOVE to take pictures of Emma, so I just knew this wouldn't happen to me. Well, it's happened. :( I took a picture of Emma on her monthly birthday. I never forgot. I'm not doing so great remembering this time around. Here is a picture of Logan at four months (but really a few days after). He weighed in at around 14 pounds this week, so he's about the same size as Emma was at this age.Logan has been learning and doing so much that it is amazing! He is constantly gnawing on his hands and drooling, but he refuses to use a teether. He has been laying on this toy since he was born, but just today he started reaching up for the toys. He grabbed one and held on. I had to do a sneak attack to get a picture so he wouldn't see me and let go.
Emma, Logan, and I spent the morning at the park with some friends, enjoying the beautiful weather! When we got home, Emma went to her room to take a nap (where she lays on her trampoline and not her bed). She got up to go potty, then went back to her room. A few seconds later, I heard her crying. She had fallen and banged her face on her toy box. Here's the injury she received . . .
She wants to show her friends her boo-boo and school tomorrow and doesn't want me to "wash it off in the bathtub." :)
