Voting Day!

Finally, finally, FINALLY the day has arrived to vote. The political emails are enough to make me crazy. Matt and I took the kids to the polls today when we voted. I tried to explain the importance of voting to her, who the candidates are, etc. Of course, this was all explained to a four-year-old, so it may have went over her head. I didn't tell her who I voted for at first, but she sure did talk a lot about "Jarack" Obama!!! We finally got her to say the "b" on Barack, and told her that Barack is who mommy and daddy like. She must have heard mommy and daddy talk a lot about him and knew who we were voting for, then she formed her own opinion. :)

Afterwards, we all went to Starbucks for our free coffee for performing our civic duty. :)
